The comfortable hotel is situated on the sunny south slopes of the Karoliberg (645 mtrs) in spacious, natural grounds with a playground and playing field. Directly adjoining the hotel is the “Karoli-Badepark“ and there are also an ice-rink, tennis courts, natural hiking tracks, the start of the cross-country ski track, the toboggan run and lots more in the near vicinity. Moreover, the location is a perfect starting point for hiking, golf, cycling, mountain-biking, jogging, motorbike tours and for winter sports (cross-country and alpine skiing, snowboarding). In our hotel you can pamper yourself with a Finnish sauna or in the beauty and wellness area. In the “Karoli-Badepark” you will find a medical massage practice. The special attraction is, of course, the direct access from the hotel to the “Karoli-Badepark“, one of the most modern bathing facilities in the Bavarian Forest. It comprises an open-air pool, indoor pool, a 34°C warm saltwater health pool (Mediterraneum), and an outdoor pool which is open all year. Groups are also very welcome.
