Description of the conference facilities and meeting rooms
Four daylit conference rooms with up to 312 m2 are available on the ground floor. These can be flexibly connected and are equipped with the most modern A/V systems as well as high-speed Internet and free WiFi with max. 512 kbit/s. Further rooms for your events (82 m2) are also available on the second floor. The windows in all conference rooms feature noise-protection glazing; the rooms themselves have A/C and can be dimmed as needed. In addition, our WELCOME Business Corner has four workplaces for guests with free Internet usage and a printer. The event space on the ground floor is suitable for vehicle traffic, making it outstanding for automotive presentations. The WELCOME HOTEL FRANKFURT is located just a stone’s throw from the city’s trade fair centre in Frankfurt’s Rebstock Park. Conference, business and trade fair guests will all appreciate the contemporary décor and the wonderful cosy atmosphere. The hotel has a total of 173 single rooms, double rooms and spacious suites on 7 floors presenting a wide range of choice to suit every guest’s needs and taste. The hotel also has its own underground car park with plenty of spaces. The hotel’s superb location in close proximity to the trade fair centre equidistant from the Rebstock Park and the Europaviertel enable guests to combine business with relaxation. Affording stunning views of the Frankfurt skyline the soft wellness centre on the 7th floor offers a steam bath and Finnish sauna to relax in. Due to its close proximity to the trade fair centre the hotel’s spacious conference facilities (394 m2) provide the ideal setting for trade fair related events such as car presentations during the "IAA Internationale Automobil Ausstellung". Certainly we offer free WiFi with max. 512 kbit/s to our meeting and in-house guests. The in-house restaurant and hotel bistro cater well for guests’ culinary needs.
