Our seven flexible conference rooms can accommodate a wide range of different events. With 303 m² of space in all, up to 330 people can meet, talk, and network here. Our largest conference room encompasses the full 303 m², making it perfect for large performances and presentations. All of our rooms are flooded with natural light, but they can also be darkened. The Scandic Better Meetings concept puts the perfect finishing touches on any event. Our meeting advisors will work with you to craft the perfect event, taking your individual needs and requirements into account. We can surprise you with innovative tools such as a phone nursery, healthy drinks, smoothies, and snacks from our Scanergizer, or our Magic Box, which contains creative ice breakers. We also offer a wide range of additional services, such as a conference concierge and branding opportunities in various locations at the property. At our events, we promote conservative use of natural resources. All of our meeting materials bear an environmental seal. We work with food banks and sort all waste as a matter of course, including at our conference rooms. We can support you throughout your event with individual dining concepts. We firmly believe better food makes for better meetings. You can look forward to modern and healthy cuisine, which includes vegetarian and vegan options alongside other options for those with special dietary needs as a matter of course.
