Description of the conference facilities and meeting rooms
The Nürburgring Congress Hotel gives event organisers a choice of venues: four conference rooms, some of which can be combined, that are accessible for vehicles and can hold up to 150 people; an exclusive boardroom; and the lounge in the fifth-floor VIP area. All rooms have natural daylight, are soundproofed and equipped with air conditioning and cutting-edge information and media technology and conference equipment. Additionally, there are event venues for up to 5000 people at the Nürburgring itself.
