Eight multifunctional rooms are stylishly decorated and can accommodate up to 250 people for private events, while nine versatile conference suites are fully-equipped for business functions of all kinds. Special events services The hotel offers tailor made on-and off-site team events, free parking, furniture and audio-visual equipment rental, secretarial services, meeting rooms with flexible layouts, plasma screens, LCD projectors and video conferencing, photographers, florists, music, entertainment, etc. All the above - and more - can be arranged for your event upon request. Function rooms Several of our meeting rooms have a scenic garden view and all feature plenty of natural light (but that can also be darkened upon request). We'll provide everything you'll need for a successful event, including wireless internet access, climate control, a meeting “toolkit” and flip chart. Vehicle access is available to most meeting rooms. The nine conference rooms can accommodate up to 350 attendees in a stylish décor of soothing earth tones and comfortable, contemporary furniture. The main conference room, Tuinzaal, is a bright and airy space boasting direct access to the garden. Function room audiovisual equipment WiFi, direct telephone number for the catering department, ISDN lines, modem lines, overhead projector, flip chart, power points. Support services available: flower service, photographer, music and entertainment, furniture and linen rental, audiovisual equipment and support on request, flexible layout meeting rooms, easy access from highway, secretarial services on request, Business Centre, multilingual in-house staff, locks on all doors, consistent signage. Flat plasma screens and LCD projectors can be arranged, as well as videoconferencing, teleconferencing and multipoint satellite conferencing. All meeting rooms have natural light, some have garden views.
