Description of the conference facilities and meeting rooms
Our flexible space concept provides comprehensive service and comfort with 10 variable meeting rooms for up to 350 people: Modern conference equipment is provided as needed. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, feature natural daylight, blackout facilities and are equipped with an ISDN connection and Wi-Fi. In all rooms the ceiling height in the outdoor area is 2.50 meters and 3.0 meters indoors. Handicap Equipment Delivery We offer Handicap access which provides barrier-free delivery of materials, technology and automobile parking. Handicap access is available in specific conference rooms with access to the ground-level entrance on Peace street. Through the open wall of the conference room "Herborn" the materials can be conveniently delivered directly to the conference area. Conference Area 3 Floor All rooms on this floor can be linked so that a total area of 1.100 square meters can be created for larger gatherings. The space mountain betting can also be opened, making it ideal for exhibit space or to increase the foyer. (do not know what this is) Meeting Area 6 Floor The Marburg and Giessen conference rooms may be combined into one larger space totaling 120 sqm.
