Meetings & Events at Hilton Budapest From flexible conference spaces to historic venues with remarkable architectural character, Hilton Budapest offers an inspiring setting for meetings, celebrations and corporate events. Our versatile venues are located across several levels of the hotel, providing a wide range of options for intimate board meetings, large conferences, exhibitions, receptions and private dinners. Ballroom Level Our pillar-free Ballroom can be divided into three equal sections, offering excellent flexibility for conferences, presentations and gala events. Built-in screens and an integrated sound system make presentations seamless, while multiple hanging points and remote-controlled ceiling bars allow for the installation of additional lighting, sound and presentation equipment. The Ballroom is complemented by an exclusive foyer, ideally suited for guest registration, coffee breaks, networking or exhibitions. Ground Floor The ground floor is home to the Corvina and Gizella meeting rooms. Corvina is Hilton Budapest’s second-largest event venue and benefits from direct street access. Its highly flexible layout allows the space to be divided into two medium-sized rooms or four smaller meeting rooms, each with separate access from the foyer. Sixth Floor Located on the sixth floor, the Parlament Room is a bright and spacious venue with impressive views over the city and the Hungarian Parliament. The Tower Room offers a truly distinctive setting, with striking stained-glass windows that evoke the peaceful and majestic atmosphere of a medieval chapel. All meeting rooms on this level are accessed through the Margit Foyer, a welcoming pre-function space suitable for registration, networking and coffee breaks. Boardrooms Our boardrooms provide a comfortable and professional environment for smaller meetings and executive discussions. Boardroom 1 benefits from natural daylight and views of the Hungarian Parliament. All boardrooms feature a built-in HDTV, a dedicated coffee and tea station, and a minibar. Historical Level The Historical Hall combines contemporary event facilities with the unique heritage of Hilton Budapest. The venue offers direct access to the Dominican Courtyard and is connected to the Anjou, Mátyás, Beatrix and Visegrád meeting rooms. Together, these spaces provide an atmospheric setting for conferences, private dinners, receptions and special events. Dominican Courtyard The preserved remains of a 13th-century Dominican cloister and monastery have been thoughtfully incorporated into the contemporary architecture of Hilton Budapest.
