Nine rooms of varying size and design offer the perfect setting for a range of events for up to 350 people. In addition to modern technology, the H4 Hotel Frankfurt Messe provides professional conference services. From planning to execution, from coffee breaks to exclusive buffets: everything is organised in accordance with your wishes. A separate business corner with computers and printers, as well as Wifi Internet access inclusive throughout the hotel, ensure that you are able to work efficiently. The 24-hour shop in the lobby provides you with everything you need at any time of the day or night. After a busy day, take advantage of the jogging routes starting from the hotel, or rent a bike or a Segway and enjoy a relaxing tour in the fresh air. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and relaxation, head to the hotel’s spa and fitness area. In addition, the H4 Hotel Frankfurt Messe offers various accompanying programmes and team-building activities. Options range from a visit to a forest climbing garden or ADAC driving safety training, through Segway tours and concerts at the Rhein-Main Theater to a “Country Day” with bull riding, horseshoe flinging, and square dancing, or even a very special driving experience in a full-motion Formula 1 simulator. On request, the H4 Hotel Frankfurt Messe catering service is also happy to organise entire events according to your individual requirements. This includes the choice of location, food and drinks, as well as the necessary equipment and staff, and an accompanying programme.
Description
The H4 Hotel Frankfurt Messe is in a peaceful location in the west of the city with great transport links. You can look forward to a relaxing stay which leaves nothing to be desired. We have 80 parking spaces for guests arriving by car. The hotel is disability-friendly, and also wheelchair-accessible. Our guest rooms rate very highly in terms of comfort, our restaurant for its excellent dining and our meeting area for its flexibility. In all 236 guest rooms you can take advantage of 4-star comfort with a desk, wifi inclusive and flatscreen TV with Sky TV. Allergy-friendly rooms are also available on request. Extra beds are available. In the morning, you can look forward to our buffet, where you are welcome to help yourself. Pastries, egg dishes, a range of muesli and various sweet or savoury delights await. In our restaurant, which serves both regional and international dishes, a wide range of starters and various meat and fishes dishes are on the menu. The hotel bar invites you in to enjoy a fresh draught beer or another drink. In the lobby you will find a shop with a range of snacks, drinks and cosmetics, which is open round the clock. If you need a little relaxation after a demanding day, go to the wellness and fitness area in our hotel. Really go for it in our fitness room and then enjoy a restorative sauna session. There are also a number of leisure activities in the area around the hotel. Right nearby you’ll find bowling and crazy golf, and the forest and Taunus scenery near the hotel invite you to enjoy a wonderful bike ride or jogging routes with a range of levels of difficulty. You can hire a bike in the hotel itself. The H4 Hotel Frankfurt Messe also features 9 events rooms of different sizes with a range of possible combinations. This allows us to host events with up to 350 people. A highly-competent advisor can help you with planning and running your event, as well as organising any additional activities. The hotel’s own free-of-charge shuttle service is available daily from 05:00 to 23:00. Please be advised that the shuttle service schedule will be displayed at the hotel and you can also call +49 (0) 69 / 3905-0 for information on the schedule. The last departure from the hotel to the airport is at 22:00 local time. Reservations are not possible and the bus has space for a maximum of 23 passengers. At the airport, please use the blue hotel call terminals located at exit B (terminal 1 – level 1 arrivals) and E (terminal 2 – level 2 departures) in order to arrange shuttle service transport. The journey from the hotel to the airport includes a pick-up stop at our sister hotel H+ Hotel Frankfurt Airport West, and the journey takes approximately 40 minutes to terminal 1 and around 50 minutes to terminal 2. The journey from the airport to the hotel takes approximately 25 minutes without any stops. Please note that the journey during rush hour can take longer.
