Description of the conference facilities and meeting rooms
The Dorint Hotel Düren has 4 flexible conference rooms between 88 and 360 m², which can be flexibly combined with each other and are equipped with high-quality technical equipment. The modern conference area with light-flooded rooms meets the highest demands for events of all kinds - from conferences and meetings to balls and festive events to private occasions of all kinds. The spacious foyer offers space for coffee breaks, lunches but also for all kinds of exhibitions. In our rooms we offer you the most modern conference technology, as well as individual lighting of the rooms - adapted to your wishes. The conference rooms also offer direct access to the hotel terrace and the adjacent Theodor-Heuss-Park. In the adjoining building there is another creative meeting room with writable walls, a digital SMART board, a workbench with design thinking materials, a thinking corner with writable paper table, an inspiration library, moderation materials and Wi-Fi.

Welcome to the Dorint Hotel Düren! Idyllically located next to the Theodor-Heuss-Park, as well as centrally and directly located to the city centre, the train station and the Leopold-Hoesch-Museum, is the area of the Bismarck district with the hotel and the adjoining conference centre. The hotel offers 120 comfortably furnished rooms with a size from 19 m² to 28 m², some with a balcony and a view to the park. All rooms are equipped with the following amenities: air conditioner, work area, additional seating area, coffee and tea making facilities, telephone, W-LAN and a modern open bathroom concept. The comfort- and superior rooms are also equipped with a Nespresso coffee maschine. The fitness area on the 5th floor is complimentary to all of our hotel guests. The conference centre with four light-flooded and flexibly combinable rooms, meets the highest demands for all kind of events – from conferences and meetings over to balls, festive and private events. The hotels offers also a creative meeting room. We collect crown caps as well as used Nespresso capsules, which are then donated or recycled. In the area of gastronomy, we also use sustainable products. We like to support the region and therefore work more with local suppliers. In our restaurant you can only enjoy fair trade coffee, and our dessert specialities are made with fair trade chocolate. Our hotel also now offers the RECUP & REBOWL reusable products. The well-being of our employees is very important to us, which is why salaries and working conditions are in accordance with the legally valid collective agreements of the hotel and restaurant industry. We also pay more attention to waste separation and water conservation.
