Situated directly between the town hall and the Tagblatt-Turm, the building offers a unique synthesis of the historical and the contemporary – a listed facade dating back to the year 1876 meets present-day New Work spaces. Incidentally, the Eberhardhöfe are named after the first Duke of Württemberg – Eberhard von Bart.
