Description of the conference facilities and meeting rooms

The environment for your meeting and conference is important and being at the water’s edge makes it something special. Thoughts are clearer and clarity puts a better perspective on many topics. Our distinctive atmosphere encourages reflection and creativity. All of the rooms on the ground floor have perfect natural lighting, views of life in the bustling harbour and direct access to the Admiral Quay that fronts the hotel. The rooms on the sixth floor are light and airy, tastefully appointed and with views to Amalienborg Palace and the Marble Church. At the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel, we are open-minded and limitations are only physical – we have 11 meeting rooms so that we can ensure that your meeting is a success, irrespective of whether you are 2 delegates or 300 delegates.

Description

There is no other place quite like the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel. The preserved warehouse, built in 1787, is situated in one of Copenhagen’s most attractive locations on the waterfront across The Royal Danish Opera, near Copenhagen’s best shopping and cultural attractions, and as neighbor to the Royal Palace Amalienborg and the Royal Playhouse. The impressive wooden beams and sturdy walls of the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel have been the backdrop to many successful events. Our committed and professional team will take care of both planning and implementation - and we have a lot of suggestions how to add the final touches to your event. Outside, you have the quayside surroundings offering views across the harbour. Inside, the hotel’s massive beams complement the inviting décor. Small gardens are situated outside the meeting rooms. To celebrate your next special occasion with something truly unforgettable you can charter one of the three veteran schooners, berthed in front of the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel from May until October.
