The family-run 3-star Superior Brauhaus zum Löwen is located in the historic old town of Mühlhausen. Here you can enjoy pure enjoyment far away from the hustle and bustle and treat yourself to a break from everyday life. In the 103 cozy and tastefully furnished rooms of the hotel, you can expect a pure feel-good atmosphere. The rooms can be booked as a single or double room, are mostly accessible by lift and are divided between the main building and the directly connected houses "Unstrut", "Hainich" and "La Villa". Four rooms are handicapped accessible, three large family rooms ideal also for the break with children. Since beer is brewed here, you can experience the brewing tradition first-hand. In the cozy restaurant "Malztenne" you can eat home-style next to the brewing kettles, where the "Brauhaus Pilsener" and the "Apotheker Dunkel" are brewed according to the under-fermented brewing method. A highlight is the brewery tour by the master brewer followed by a beer tasting. In the rustic vaulted cellar you can feast medieval and in the summer is beer garden time.
