Welcome on board! Meetings & Events The hotel conference centre comprises nine air-conditioned, daylight-flooded rooms of varying sizes. Versatile function space is available to cater for a wide variety of events - ranging from small-scale meetings for up to 12 participants held in a 28-square-metre boardroom, to galas for 300 people staged in the congress hall, which offers direct vehicle access. A number of rooms can be interlinked if required. Modern conference equipment and free WiFi are provided for all functions. There are three different room categories to choose from - standard, superior and business - as well as some apartments. The four apartments of the Best Western Hotel Dortmund Airport feature separate living and sleeping areas. WiFi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. Our 96 comfortable 4-Star rooms meet all requirements. Parking is available at the hotel-owned parking or at the underground garage with totally 100 parking spots.
