Description of the conference facilities and meeting rooms
The Barceló Montecastillo Resort is made up of two hotel buildings and two villa complexes which allows us to have small events in a private setting as well as large events of up to 400 people. The large number and variety of events rooms makes it possible to hold meetings, working lunches, gala dinner parties, and private parties in very different locations and atmospheres, such as the castle from 1900, without needing to leave the resort. It is also even possible to set up many kinds of canopies in a unique setting. Many kinds of work programmes can be held here, outdoor as well as indoor, for example team building or to enjoy leisure activities like the spa, golf lessons, paddle tennis or tennis, golf, paddle tennis, tennis and soccer tournaments, etc. The hotel has a special agreement with the nearby speedway track and is the only supplier of their catering service. All of these elements allow us to prepare activities for work as well as leisure like for example product presentations, go carting, car driving courses or 4 wheel drive driving courses, paintball or any other outdoor activity. In addition theme cocktail parties and working lunches can be held in the boxes or mezzanines of the speedway with direct views over the track. Our exclusive catering service allows us to take advantage of the idyllic area around Jerez with its farms, manor houses, palaces and internationally known wine cellars to complete the most demanding programme that any organisation may have. This is a resort with endless possibilities for lodging, meeting areas, presentations and banquets with its beautiful golf course and other added values, like the proximity to the Jerez Speedway and the city, and offers a unique combination for large events, incentives, congresses and conventions.
