Description of the conference facilities and meeting rooms
NH Schiphol offers a total of 15 multifunctional conference rooms that can accommodate up to 500 people. With their modular walls, rooms can be arranged in many different configurations to provide just the right layout for your event. For every event or meeting we provide a tailor-made solution. Special events services The hotel offers every professional service and all the support you may need for a smooth event, from bus arrangements to translators and more. The hotel has a team of multilingual specialists who are ready to assist you throughout your event or meeting. The hotel has a large parking lot and offers (charged) transportation service from and to the airport. Function rooms Thanks to their modular design the meeting rooms can be arranged to meet the needs of any type of event. With a total surface area of 485 m² the maximum capacity is 500 people in theatre or set up or reception style. Almost all the rooms have natural light. The meeting rooms can be equipped with a sound system, microphones, video projector, LCD screen, flip-chart, monitor, video camera, VCR and conference telephone.
