Depending on the type and size of your event, at the H+ Hotel Frankfurt Airport West you have a choice of 6 different meeting rooms. The combined ballroom covers a surface area of 314 square metres and offers capacity for up to 300 people. The hotel offers a personalised planning and implementation service, as well as a professional conference service. Relax and enjoy a beautiful reception or celebrations in the open air, or even just a break in your seminar. In good weather, the H+ Hotel Frankfurt Airport West is also happy to organise your event on the 300 square metre terrace accessible from all meeting rooms, or in the hotel’s own beautiful garden. The 4-star hotel is located on the outskirts of Hofheim-Diedenbergen, a quiet suburb of Frankfurt. During your stay, why not take a stroll through the area, take a look at the rococo organ in the local evangelical church, or hit the wine trail and learn about Diedenbergen’s tradition of viticulture at the local vineyard. The barrier-free H+ Hotel Frankfurt Airport West can be easily reached using the airport shuttle, by car via the A3 or A66, or by taking a taxi from Hofheim train station. There are 150 free parking spaces available directly at the hotel. The hotel has a total of 158 modern rooms with 243 beds, divided into 134 non-smoking and 24 smoking rooms. Air conditioning is available in 50 of the rooms. Extra beds are also available on request. Standard facilities in all rooms includes comfortable beds, bathroom with shower, desk, flat screen TV and safe. All rooms also provide Wifi Internet access inclusive and Sky Sports free of charge. On Sundays, restaurant “Gaumenfreund” serves up brunch, as well as a wide range of à la carte dishes, fresh salads and top-quality steaks. On-site facilities include an expert conference service and professional catering service, which on request can take over all responsibility for events. The hotel’s own free-of-charge shuttle service is available daily from 05:20 to 23:00. Please be advised that the shuttle service schedule will be displayed at the hotel and you can also call +49 (0) 6192 950 0 for information regarding the schedule. The last departure from the hotel to the airport is at 22:20 local time. Reservations are not possible and the bus has space for a maximum of 23 passengers. At the airport, please use the blue hotel call terminals located at exit B (terminal 1 – level 1 arrivals) and E (terminal 2 – level 2 departures) in order to arrange shuttle service transport. The journey from the hotel to the airport takes approximately 20 minutes to terminal 1 and around 30 minutes to terminal 2. The journey from the airport to the hotel goes via our sister hotel H4 Frankfurt Messe and takes approximately 45 minutes. Please note that the journey can take longer during rush hour.
